A Transformative Workshop for BCT University Employees
On May 15th, we held a our 1st 2024 “Unleash Your Strengths-Based Leadership Horsepower” with an amazing group of employees from the Bank of Charles Town (BCT) University employees.
The workshop seamlessly blended traditional leadership principles with equine-assisted activities. Participants were guided through a series of exercises that emphasized the importance of understanding and leveraging individual strengths to enhance team performance and organizational success.
The response from BCT University employees was overwhelmingly positive. Many expressed how the workshop not only enhances their leadership skills but also fostered a deeper connection with their colleagues.
