Leadership Development

We kicked off our 2022 Equine Assisted Leadership Development season on May 5 & 6. We provided our “Unleash your Strengths-Based Leadership Horsepower” on May 5th and our “Unleash your Trust-Based Leadership Horsepower” on May 6th.  We had individuals from the Children’s Home Society, Navy Federal Credit Union, Berkeley County Animal Control, Boys & Girls Club of the EP, The Martinsburg Initiative, First United Bank, Be Well Counseling and P&G.  Both days were filled with the opportunity to advance our leadership skills as we participated in multiple activities that allow us to know the value of understanding and building relationships and the link between our strengths and trust, leadership and employee engagement.  Many come to the workshop expecting a day filled with “team building” activities with the horses (which does happen) but they leave with so much more as they walk out the door with an “Upon Return Impact” plan.  If you are looking for a way to increase employee engagement and workplace wellness, these workshops are for YOU. (They can also provide CEI for SHRM employees)

Here is what Tracey has to share:

“I cannot say enough about the leadership training that I participated in with Horses with Hearts. The experience and knowledge that I gained about my own leadership styles and how to apply my unique strengths to become a trusted advisor is invaluable. This training was extremely beneficial to my team and my organization” Tracey Englebright Navy Federal Credit Union.
